Coming from 20+ years of success in negotiating multi-million-dollar commercial real estate contracts on behalf of her clients, the move to negotiating hotel rates, concessions, rebates, and travel was an easy transition.
In between careers, to conquer her fear of flying Janice worked at Jetblue to learn all she could about the highs and lows of the industry.
While raising her children, she continued to work from home and now enjoys providing others the opportunity to work at home while raising children or stepping back into the work force. She encourages family first, and that includes furry friends. Equally important is having a sense of humor since the workforce is stressful enough without it.
Janice’s #1 priority is and always will be ‘customer first’. This attitude along with maintaining open communication, being transparent, and available day and night, is key to retaining valuable clients.
Janice preaches that with so many choices, HRB is thankful for all business no matter the size and will treat each client with the utmost respect and priority, as clients are considered part of the family.
